Our Enterprise Data Landscape Readiness sprint is a hands-on experience where we provide expert insights to adapt processes, methodology, and tolling in order to enable data-driven business decisions.

What to Expect?

Two times half a day workshops of intense collaborative sparring prepared by our technical experts. Together we analyze your current data sources, infrastructure, and tooling. We will work through a gap analysis in comparison to industry best practices and based on the results design an optimized data landscape.

Our Enterprise Data Landscape sprint will lead to a clear implementation roadmap with proposed next focus points within your data landscape.

Preparation

In preparation for the first part of the sprint, we will prepare an initial questionnaire and based on that analyze your existing data landscape.

Data Landscape Discovery Journey

In this first 4h sprint, we will future use case needs, further explore your status quo in regard to existing processes, tools, and infrastructure, and evaluate cost benefits.

Data Landscape Mapping

After the first session, we spend some time mapping all discussed topics, initiatives, and resources to our reference architecture. We also work out suggestions and recommendations for your current setup.

Improve and extend your data landscape

In the second 4h Refinement sprint, we will present and highlight our results in order to discuss specific areas for improvement. We will also introduce our data reference architecture to you.
