Optimizing the LED Wall
The AUMOVIS LED wall is an autonomously moving wall on wheels. It can stage innovation productions, due to the ability to change screen and design quickly. The use of the AUMOVIS wall can bring interactive, creative engagement into the event – whether it’s a seminar, workshop, or talk. This mobile wall can change its design in minutes, while also being able to transform into a blue screen. The flexibility of the product offers a wide range of potential usage, saving time and money due to technological advancement.
The Innovation Process
The first step in the innovation process was developing a concept, identifying technical requirements needed in the end product, and screening suppliers.
Next, the first prototype for real scenario testing during shows was developed with an Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV), a screen, and its own directing software.
Then the prototype went through various testing and feedback loops until the final product began to take shape, which is constantly being improved. Through pre-series development, the first customer shows with 4 AGVs and robust software will take place in Q2 2022.
In the end, a product based on an iterative approach with rapid prototyping, systems engineering, series development of a complex robotics product was born. This is now known as AUMOVIS.
